Houston Bankruptcy Attorney
Bankruptcy is a word that people today cringe when they hear it. If someone tells you they are filing bankruptcy, immediately the thought that goes through your head is "Oh, I’m sorry to hear that."
Unfortunately, in todays society, we have been taught that by filing either a chapter 7 or a chapter 13 has somehow meant we are failures and have admitted defeat. This article will hopefully prove to you that in todays times, filing a chapter 7 or a 13 is actually not a bad route to take when needed. For some, filing bankruptcy is actually a life boat that has come to rescue them from a drowing ship.
This blog is targeted for those people who are looking for a bankruptcy attorney in Houston Texas, or banruptcy attorney Dallas Texas (or any bankruptcy attorney Texas), but the information contained in this site is truly beneficial for anyone who lands here. I am not a bankruptcy attorney in Dallas Texas, and I am not bankruptcy attorney Houston Texas. What I am is a person just like you that was drowing in debt a year ago and that filed a chapter 7. I was originally going to file a 13, but changed in the middle of the process. I may not be a "professional", or even a lawyer, but I am a normal person that has been through exactly what you are thinking about doing. I strongly believe this will benefit anyone looking for answers, and my goal is to help clarify some hazy issues pass on to the public. What I intened to give you here is my personal experience and hopefully answer any questions you may have about the "dreadful" word and process.
Make sure you bookmark this page and come back often, because I will be adding content frequently. If you have a specific question about a part of the bankruptcy process, (whether it be a Houston Bankruptcy attorney question, or just a vague question that you are wondering) please leave a comment. I will do my best to answer it in with my personal experience being my expertise. If I don’t have the answer you are looking for, I am very efficient at finding and getting the information needed. I also hope other readers will participate in this blog and leave comments if they know the answer to a specific question, for multiple reasons: to make this a more user friendly place to be, and so many questions and answers can be found here, sort of like a "normal people’s bankruptcy resource" if you will (without all the legal mumbo jumbo that the attorneys and lawyers through at us that make no sense!)
